If you’re looking for birth and postpartum care centered around honoring your cuarentena ( 40 day rest period) and something completely integrated and tailored to your needs, look no further!

I offer you evidence based birth education and planning. Hands on care & comfort measures while you birth. As well as continued care into postpartum to ease transition into this next chapter.

Package One:

  • 2 Prenatal visits: Sharing information, getting familiar with one another, answering questions, basic childbirth education, creating your dream birth plan, practice with positions, movements and stretches that may benefit your birth

  • Comforting techniques teach: teaching useful comforting techniques to support the birthing person e.g. counter pressure, basic massage, when to touch and when to offer space

  • Labor support: on call care 2 weeks before and after your EDD, rest support through early labor, in person support active labor through postpartum, massage, encouragement, and informational support throughout

  • Postpartum Visit: (1) postpartum visit in home, light bodywork, meal support, newborn care etc.

Package Two:

  • 1 Nutritional Preparation Session: In home cooking session at 38 weeks to stock your freezer for first meals, lactation support, teas and herbal baths supporting postpartum healing

  • Postpartum Visits: (2) 3 hour in home postpartum visits offering abdominal massage and belly binding, meal preparation, newborn care and education, herbal bath preparation, rest support

  • Prenatal bodywork sessions: (1) Prenatal massages

  • Postpartum bodywork sessions  (1) 90 min in home postpartum massages

  • 1 Cerrada ( Sealing of the bones ceremony) : 3 hour in home ceremony used to “seal” the bones back together after birth, this is an energetic closing as well as bodywork, herbal bath, and plant “limpia” or cleaning.
