1 Cerrada ( Sealing of the bones ceremony) : 3 hour in home ceremony used to “seal” the bones back together after birth, this is an energetic closing as well as bodywork, herbal bath, and plant “limpia” or cleaning.

A “sealing ceremony “ or la cerrada de caderas” is a sealing of the physical bones(hips) and the spiritually open portal that opens it self during birth. This ceremony is performed after your cuarentena (6weeks post birth) and lasts for about 3 hours.

Postpartum visits are typically 3 -4 hours and consist of bodywork , nourishing mama with fire cupping or oil massage in bed. Meal prep and light housekeeping and emotional support. Postpartum visits are customizable to tailor to a families needs.
