Remedios Antiguos seeks to keep the wisdom of our ancestors alive, by offering intuitive bodywork & traditional birth keeping. The goal is to support you on your path, reminding you of your inner power! Revitalizing ancient remedies!

As a licensed massage therapist, doula, midwifery apprentice and pelvic steam facilitator, my intention is to assist women in reclaiming their bodily sovereignty and ancestral birth ways~

Birth and Postpartum Doula services offered through an holistic approach to life, birth and ancestral ways.

Facilitator of vaginal steaming, using organic locally sourced herbs to support general health and healing~

Celebrate the beauty of the cempasúchil flower! (The Mexican Marigold)
Come create vibrant flower garlands adorned with beads to decorate your home, altar, or sacred space! Cempasúchil flowers hold a rich history in Mexican folklore and tradition. In this hands-on workshop, we’ll learn about the origins of this beloved flower and its cultural significance. We’ll also enjoy traditional native drinks & treats prepared by Chef Christina Lonewolf and hear magical tales of how the precious cempasúchil came to be!
